Our next stop is at Dalamaras Vineyard – a family-owned winery with roots dating back to 1840. Today, the sixth generation passionately runs the wine production with respect for tradition.

The winemaker himself will guide us through the vineyard and the production process, after which we will taste five of the house’s finest wines. We will also have the opportunity to talk with him and ask questions about the craft, the grapes, and the story behind each bottle.

It’s around 17.30 PM and we have two options: those who wish can return to the hotel to rest, while others are welcome to join a walk to Agios Nikolaos — a green oasis with bubbling spring water and pleasant shade under the plane trees. Here, we can also enjoy a coffee or an ice cream in peaceful surroundings.

Wine & Art: Zin Ideos and Treis Genies

Our journey continues with a visit to Zin Ideos, a distinctive winery set in the Naoussa countryside.

Zin Ideos crafts wines that express the unique characteristics of the local terroir, blending traditional methods with contemporary winemaking techniques. Their portfolio includes a variety of reds and whites, each with a balanced structure and vibrant flavors that reflect the region’s diversity.

In addition to the tasting experience, the estate hosts contemporary art exhibitions twice a year, offering a rare chance to appreciate local creativity alongside exceptional wines.

Vergina - Museum of Aigai

After breakfast, we’ll depart for the Museum and Archaeological Site of Aigai, one of the most significant historical landmarks in Greece. Aigai was the first capital of the ancient kingdom of the Greek kings, home to prominent historical figures such as Philip II and his son, Alexander the Great.

Ιn a space that radiates respect, knowledge, and inspiration, the past comes vividly to life we will explore the history and culture of an era that profoundly influenced the course of the world.

Efter frukost lämnar vi för Museet och den arkeologiska platsen i Aigai, ett av Greklands mest betydelsefulla historiska landmärken. Aigai var den första huvudstaden i det antika kungariket Makedonien och hem för framstående historiska personer som Filip II och hans son Alexander den Store.
