DAY 2- Wine, Nature and Relaxation
Pozar Thermal Baths – Nature’s Spa

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, our second day begins immersed in wine and nature. We’ll travel together to the famous Pozar Thermal Baths, located near Mount Kaimaktsalan. The journey takes about one hour.
Pozar offers a unique relaxing experience in a dramatic natural setting. The warm springs, maintaining a comfortable temperature of around 37°C year-round, have been used for their healing properties for centuries.
Here, you can bathe in the natural pools, unwind beneath the waterfalls, or take some quiet time for yourself in the warm thermal waters.
Lunch time
12:30 - 14:00
We continue our journey with a shared lunch in the lush Pozar area—where nature’s steam rises gently through the trees, and the table fills with comforting mountain flavors, all paired with a glass of local wine. A serene pause in the heart of the day.
Wine & Art: Zin Ideos
14:00 - 15:00
Our journey continues with a visit to Zin Ideos, a distinctive winery set in the Naoussa countryside.
Zin Ideos crafts wines that express the unique characteristics of the local terroir, blending traditional methods with contemporary winemaking techniques. Their portfolio includes a variety of reds and whites, each with a balanced structure and vibrant flavors that reflect the region’s diversity.
In addition to the tasting experience, the estate hosts contemporary art exhibitions twice a year, offering a rare chance to appreciate local creativity alongside exceptional wines.
Coffee by the Waterfall
15:30 - 17:00
Next, we will head to the stunning waterfalls of Edessa, where we will have the chance to walk behind the cascading water and enjoy our afternoon coffee in a magical, lush landscape full of freshness and tranquility. It’s also a unique opportunity to capture some unforgettable lifetime photos.
Rest
18:00 - 19:30
We return to our base to refresh and prepare for our evening outing, which will, of course, be accompanied by good food and plenty of wine.
Dinner at the winery
19:30 - 21:30
Our day will conclude with a special dinner at Ktima Kokkinou in Naoussa, where wine tasting meets traditional cuisine. The dinner will be served in the atmospheric inner courtyard of the estate, located above the vineyard.
This charming and warm space, where the tranquility and beauty of nature blend with tradition, creates the perfect setting to enjoy flavors that highlight the local identity and the estate’s fine wines.
