Day 2 – Wine, Nature & Relaxation

Pozar Thermal Baths – Nature’s Spa

10:00 – 12:30

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, our second day begins with wine and nature. Together we travel to the famous thermal springs of Pozar Thermal Baths, located near Mount Kaimaktsalan. The journey takes about one hour.

Pozar offers a unique relaxation experience in a dramatic natural setting. The warm springs, maintaining a pleasant temperature of around 37°C year-round, have been valued for their therapeutic properties for centuries.

Here you may swim in the natural pools, relax under the small waterfalls, or spend some personal time enjoying the warm thermal water.

Lunch Time

12:30 – 14:00

We continue our journey with a shared lunch in the lush Pozar area — where natural steam rises gently through the trees and the table is filled with comforting mountain flavours, accompanied by a glass of local wine. A peaceful midday pause.

Wine & Art: Zin Ideos Winery

14:00 - 15:00

Our journey continues with a visit to Zin Ideos, a unique vineyard in the countryside of Naoussa.

Zin Ideos produces wines that reflect the character of the local terroir, combining traditional methods with modern winemaking techniques. Their selection includes both red and white wines, each offering balanced structure and vibrant flavours reflecting the region’s diversity.

In addition to wine tasting, the estate also hosts contemporary art exhibitions twice a year, providing a rare opportunity to appreciate international creativity alongside exceptional wines.

Coffee by the Waterfall

15:30 - 17:00

Next we visit the impressive waterfalls of Edessa, where we can walk behind the cascading water and enjoy our afternoon coffee in a magical, green environment full of freshness and tranquillity. It is also a unique opportunity to capture unforgettable photos.

Rest

18:00 - 19:30

We return to our base to refresh and prepare for the evening excursion, which will of course be accompanied by good food and excellent wine.

Dinner at the Vineyard

19:30 - 21:30

Our day ends with a special dinner at Ktima Kokkinou in Naoussa, where wine tasting meets traditional cuisine.

Dinner will be served in the atmospheric courtyard of the estate, situated above the vineyards.

This charming and warm place, where nature’s calm beauty meets tradition, creates the perfect setting to enjoy flavours that highlight the local heritage and the estate’s fine wines.
