Day 1 -A warm welcome to Naousa

We begin our adventure in Greece with a shared departure from Thessaloniki Airport and a comfortable journey toward the charming wine region of Naoussa. Along the way, we’ll get to know each other and set the right mood with a fun Greek word game or a lighthearted quiz. We’ll share our expectations and past travel memories, starting to build the warm group spirit that will accompany us throughout the entire stay.

After about an hour and a half of travel, we arrive in the picturesque town of Naoussa, where we will first settle comfortably into our charming guesthouse. Once refreshed, we will embark on a series of explorations to discover the local culture, history, and stunning surroundings.

13:00 – 14:00
Our first stop is at Dalamara Winery — a family-owned vineyard with roots dating back to 1840. Today, the sixth generation runs the winemaking with passion and respect for tradition.
The winemaker himself will guide us through the vineyard and the production process, followed by a tasting of five of the house’s finest wines. We’ll also have the opportunity to chat with him and ask questions about the craft, the grapes, and the story behind each bottle.
Smakstart i Naoussa - Taverna
14:00 - 15:30
Ιt’s time for something to eat. Our first meal is enjoyed at a traditional taverna, where we are served local specialties paired with carefully selected wines.
We will accompany our meal with a glass of wine—just for good luck, as they say in Greece.
Villa eller Promenad?
16:00 -18:00
It’s around 4:00 PM and we have two options: those who wish can return to the hotel to rest, while others are welcome to join a walk to Agios Nikolaos — a green oasis with bubbling spring water and pleasant shade under the plane trees. Here, we can also enjoy a coffee or an ice cream in peaceful surroundings.

It’s time for our first stroll through the town of Naousa. Now we have the chance to wander its beautiful, picturesque streets or enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the view of the blooming fields from above.

19:30 - 22:00
The day concludes with a relaxing evening at an elegant wine bar in Naoussa, where we sample three local wine labels.
After the tasting, we enjoy a shared dinner at the same venue, which tastefully and warmly wraps up our first day.
